Probably an imitation of a Russian Napoleonic uniform. Consisting of; double breasted, green wool body with red turnbacks and skirt lining with applied standing collar and cuffs from a 19th century diplomatic or court uniform. Embroidery is silver and gold with floral motifs. Back lining is synthetic white material. Front and skirt lining is red cotton. Brass convex buttons. Very good condition.
