Comprised of: 1) Double breasted frock coat or surtout of Saxon blue wool with scarlet piping around standing collar, lapels, cuffs and pockets. Convex brass buttons with traces of silver wash. Buttons bear a mixture of Russian backmarks. Lining is twilled polished cotton. Overall very good condition. Some light staining on body of coat. 2) Double breasted tunic, Polish troops in Austrian service (?). WWI Era. Dark blue, superfine wool body with crimson standing collar, cuffs, and edge piping. White metal, slightly convex buttons with crowned Polish eagle on face with shield on breast eagle bearing initials, "FMT". Black, silk body lining with padded breasts. Light soiling to right sleeve and breast (should dry clean out easily). Some wear to edge of cuffs and collar. Two repaired holes on left shoulder.
