Possibly Germanic. The tunic of brown wool with stand-up collar and sleeve facings having light blue wool, Bullion tape on sleeves and back. Front corded with silver bullion with three rows of buttons (middle row with replacements). Off-white cotton lining. Showing wear, repairs and moth damage.
