This lot is of Frederick Remington's Cheyenne. This bronze depicts a horse and Native American rider. The horse is in full stride with all of his legs off of the ground. The rider lays down, close to the horse, only holding on with his legs. In one hand, the rider holds a spear, while his other hand is deficient a weapon. The horse and rider are tinted to a light brown coloring with other items on the cast tinted a slightly darker coloring. All cast items are displayed with high detail. The bronze is situated on a rectangular piece of marble with a gold color plaque. On the base of the bronze, Frederick Remington's name is engraved with gold lettering.
