Gun (A) is dated 1955 with matching numbers on barrel and bolt. Has a hardwood stock. Retains virtually all of the military reapplied finish. This little carbine comes with the attached folding bayonet and remains in near arsenal new condition. Strong clean bore and perfect action. Gun (B) is a Model 96 Swedish Mauser rifle. This rifle was made at the Carl Gustafs factory and is dated 1904 with crown. It is a military rifle, straight pull, bolt action with two piece walnut stock and brass sighting disc on right side. Matching serial etched on bolt, stamped on floorplate, barrel bands, and buttplate. Also matching number on bolt handle, safety, and firing pin. Walnut stock is very good with usual war dings. Perfect action. Strong rifled bore. These Model 96 Swedish Mausers are considered some of the finest ever made. As to finish on metal, it is basically a blue-grey patina. Good shooter.
