Barrel is stamped RA 10-42. These are considered the last of the standard issue model 1903. Has the traditional front receiver mounted 03 battle sight, but rear bridge is grooved for the 03-A3 sight. Has the flat stamp 03-A3 barrel band and the stamped 03-A3 trigger guard and floor plate. Has the late flat pressed sling middle swivel with the standard 03 front and rear swivels. Has the proof "P" on wrist, inspector marks on left side that are not readable. Has the 03 style forend with sight groove. Frame retains virtually all of the military greenish Parkerized finish, rear sight is blued, the bolt is a dark Parkerized and has a 1" mark where something was ground off. Smooth trap door buttplate, front sight hood, has an ME reading of 2, and a TE reading of 3.5.
