This was a standard single shot Ruger No. 1 that featured blued barrel, no factory provisions for sights, blued action, checkered walnut pistol grip stock with pistol grip cap and red solid recoil pad. It was originally chambered for the 30-06 Government cartridge and was relined to fire the 32-20 Winchester cartridge. Action and rifling are fine, but the extractor will not remove the empty 32-20 case. Gun retains approximately 98% blued finish and a couple of storage marks. Barrel is stamped Sturm Ruger. The sling eyes have been removed. The wood is near mint and a couple usual impressions and scratches.
