This is only the second Winchester Model 64 picture box that we have ever encountered. The end label reads "Model 64 Centerfire Rifle .30-30 Winchester Solid Frame" with penciled serial No. 1500220 (1949). It has an original Shenk Bros. King Street Lancaster, Pennsylvania sales receipt taped to box. The picture label measures 6" x 20" and is done in red, white, black and brown with image of rifle that measures 12-1/2" long. Label is in very good condition and has the expected usual storage wear but is still bright. Inside the box are five original cardboard dividers, two blocks of wood, and an original Model 64 instruction manual. This rare box would add innumerable value if you have a solid frame Model 64 .30-30 from this production era in mint condition.
