This is a 20th Century Model with sheet metal barrel, removable shot tube, nickel plated, cast iron frame, and fixed sights. Marked on right side of frame "20th CENTURY". Left side of frame is stamped "DAISY". Wood stock impressed on left side "DAISY MFG CO MAY 6, 90 JULY 14, 91". Manufactured 1898 to 1902. Page 284 in the "Airgun Encyclopedia 11th Edition", this is referred to as the 20th Century cast iron frame single shot fourth variant. Missing rear sight. 40% nickel overall. Excellent stock.
