This rifle is listed in the "Blue Book of Air Guns 11th Edition" page 599. These were built in the 1920's-30's. Three variations listed. Sheet metal construction, spring fed tubular magazine, fixed sights, "SAVAGE" in large letters on frame, black enamel finish, and wood stock. Barrel is stamped "SAVAGE PLAY RIFLE". Approximately 50% original enamel. Missing three frame screws and loading tube cover. Rear sight is broken. Stock is very good with usual play wear.
