Manufactured 1865. All matching numbers, including wedge. This is an interesting revolver, standard in all respects with octagon barrel, brass trigger guard and backstrap, engraved cylinder scene. This is a scarcer six shot. Strong legends. Excellent stage coach hold-up scene on cylinder. Beautiful one piece walnut varnished grips with most of the original varnish. Brass has not been cleaned. Does not index. Overall, good even grey patina with some freckling and light scattered marks. Grips are excellent with some light wear. Brass retains a soft mellow patina.
