Rich mahogany cabinet with ornate nickel plated castings, upper marquee, and black platform. The colorful dial bears the portrait of George Washington and is bordered with weight measurements in pounds. The castings are original with a nice tin litho dial but the upper back door and marquee are replacements. In working order. Circa 1905. Four keys are included.
