Hopkins & Allen developed their New Model Target pistol in approximately 1913. Features a Patridge target front sight, top break, walnut grips with gold colored medallions, case colored trigger guard and hammer. The majority of these guns were blue and were almost never seen in nickel finish. Pistol retains approximately 85-90% original factory nickel with most of the freckling under the barrel. Excellent case colors on hammer. Excellent original two piece walnut grips. Very good, clean rifling. Perfect mechanics. Extremely scarce, early target pistol.
