An appealing floor model strength tester produced by Mills novelty around 1920. It features a nice oak cabinet with decorative castings, including the eye-catching red painted owl that surrounds the dial. The dial bears the image of a muscular man surrounded by numbers and charts of strength to weight ratios. Beneath the ornate dial is a blue and white porcelain enamel plaque which frames what appears to be the original paper reading "One Penny". To play simply drop a penny into the coin slot and pull up on the handle. Three keys are provided.
