This lot consists of a 14K yellow gold and diamond necklace, done in the choker fashion, with star motif. The approximate diameter from the clasp to the end of the star is approximately 7". This necklace presents itself as a stiff choker with eight links and one link for a clasp. A safety is present on the clasp, which is stamped "14kt ITALY." There are a total of eight "x" links on the necklace, four without diamonds and four with. Those four with diamonds have four round brilliants in each, that are approximately 0.02 points each, a total of 0.32 points in diamonds. The star, has a total of 40 round brilliant diamonds, each approximately 0.03 points, thus a grand total of approximately 1.20 carats. The necklace has an approximate total of 1.52 diamonds present, and a total dwt of 29.1. Overall the piece is in good condition with normal wear present.
