This lot consists of an art deco 14K yellow gold, amethyst and diamond ring, size 6-1/2. The amethyst is quite large and has been cut in a step pattern to show the clarity of the stone. Surrounding the amethyst, there are two rows of single cut diamonds that flank each side, set in white gold, making there a total of 14 diamonds on each side. The diamonds are approximately 0.01 points each, having a total of 0.14 points of diamonds. On the interior of the band, it is stamped 14k. The ring has a total dwt of 8.2. For accent, there are scrolls on either side of the ring. The remainder of the ring is comprised of yellow gold. Overall the piece is in good condition with normal wear present.
