This lot consists of an antique platinum and diamond ring. The ring will fit sizes 6-1/4 to 6-1/2. There are two round diamonds that are approximately each 0.50 points (approximate total for both is 1.0 carat) and are most likely old European cut diamonds, with large culets in the center of the ring. On either side of the ring there are two round diamonds, four in total. There are five diamonds that flank each side of the ring, to have a total of 10 diamonds. All of the side diamonds are approximately 0.01 points each, thus there is an approximate total of 0.14 points of side diamonds. On the interior of the band, the following is stamped: "2183 (partially worn) .900 PLAT 100 IRID (partially worn)." The ring has a total dwt of 2.6. Overall the piece is in good condition with normal wear present.
