This lot consists of platinum and diamond engagement ring from Tiffany & Co., size 6. This round brilliant diamond has a total dwt of 3.0. The following is inscribed on the interior of the band: "17681702 1.09CT 950 makers marks Tiffany & Co. PT950." This piece is accompanied by a Tiffany & Co. certificate as well as a GIA certificate. The GIA Diamond Grading Report is dated April 2001 and is GIA report number 11525040. The report notes that the diamond is a round brilliant and is 1.09 carats with the following measurements: 6.70 - 6.74 x 4.08 mm. GIA has graded the diamond to have VS1 clarity and E color with no fluorescence. The polish is good and symmetry is very good. Please note that the Tiffany & Co Diamond Certificate notes all of the same information that is found in the GIA report. The Tiffany & Co Diamond Certificate notes the diamond registration number: 17681702/D10080171.
