Manufactured 1862. 1862 was the year the Hartford barrel address stopped at serial number 206000. The New York, U.S. America barrel marking began in 1861. This is a six shot, which started at serial number 187000. Standard features include octagon barrel, blued finish, case colored frame and hammer, brass trigger guard and backstrap, walnut one piece varnished grips, roll-engraved stagecoach cylinder scene. This revolver has all matching numbers with the exception of the wedge (No. 09108). Barrel and cylinder have 95% of the reapplied blued finish. 95% stagecoach scene on cylinder. Grey receiver. No traces of plating on trigger guard or backstrap. Excellent walnut grips with the majority of the original varnish. Half-cock is gone. Indexes and locks up fine. Strong, clean rifling.
