Comprising: (A) Cabasset in the 17th century style, two piece construction with seam in the center, spike on top facing the back. Brim with a plain rib. Rivets around base for lining. Very good condition, dark patina overall with some separation at seam and later solder on inside of seam. Some scattered marks. (B) Cromwellian 17th century style breastplate, shot-proof tested. One piece construction. Shows good age with delamination and heavy surface patina. Very good condition; heavy brown patina, old coat of black paint, showing some delamination and with holes near shoulders and on sides without rivets. This set would make a great display.
