This lot consists of an 18K yellow gold ring with diamonds and a ruby, size 6-1/2. The head of the ring is dome shaped, with a cabochon ruby in the center that is approximately 3.0 carats. Surrounding the ruby, there are three rows of round diamonds and five baguette shaped diamonds on either side of the shank of the ring. On the very inner row of diamonds, there are approximately 18 diamonds (each approximately 0.02 points), the middle row has approximately 16 diamonds (each approximately 0.04 points), and the outer row has approximately 18 diamonds (each approximately 0.03 points). In total, there is approximately 1.54 carats of round diamonds on the ring. On either side of the shank of the ring, there are five baguette cut diamonds, each are approximately 0.02 points. In total there is approximately 0.20 points in baguette diamonds. Overall there is approximately 1.74 carats of diamonds on the ring. The ring is stamped 18K and has a total dwt of 6.0. Overall the ring is in good condition with normal wear present.
