Players drop their coins into the top of the mint green pin field and may choose either to get their coins back or pay them to the proprietor. The exterior is made mostly of a dark finished wood with a mint green plastic background set in the interior. There is a large plaque with instructions centered at the top with the name "Hi-Man" in large letters.
