The firm of Wesson & Harrington only existed from 1871 to 1874, their main production being seven shot revolvers. This revolver features an octagon barrel, seven shot cylinder, brass frame, spur trigger, rosewood bird's head grips. Barrel is a soft grey patina with razor sharp legends. Cylinder has been cleaned, is nickel finish, and blends well. Brass frame has been cleaned. Indexes perfectly. Strong bore. Comes in a display box with red velvet lining and a letter from the NRA dated 1972. Fairly scarce, early revolver.
