Constructed of wood with the values set behind glass. The silver marquee reads "Simplex Cash Register. Your Purchase Is". The bottom drawer remains locked while the top drawer contains wooden beads, similar to that of an abacus. No keys are provided. The register displays a moderate amount of wear throughout, commensurate with use and age. Circa 1880s.
