Hollow iron projectile 34" long outside (32" inside), 5" base diameter, 6-1/2" at waist, 2-3/8" nose, 3/16" wall thickness at nose. Base is solid and nose is open. Wall is considerably thicker at 1" diameter ragged de-militarizing hole which is 12-3/4" down from the nose. Approximately 100 lbs. (not weighed). No fuse and no identifiable markings. Missing drive ring. Consistent brown patina and pitting throughout. May be naval artillery projectile. Interesting display piece.
