Sword A) Standard sword with straight blade, etched with a patriotic eagle, scrolls, and a "US", also marked on ricasso "ROUNDY/REGALIA/CO./CHICAGO. Cast brass hilt with black leather grip with copper wire wrap. Steel scabbard with brass mounts. Fair condition; blade retains a spotted grey patina and shows some wear, scabbard and hilt are dark with scattered marks, grip with some losses. Sword B) Straight steel blade stamped "LT. SLIPPOIOT, CO. B, USA". No other markings. Solid cast brass hilt and grip, nickel plated steel scabbard. Fair condition; blade retains a worn grey patina, scabbard and hilt with scattered marks, much of black paint on grip worn off.
