This piece has nice color and gloss with some areas of touch ups along the outer edge. Neon has been added to this sign as well as brackets on the back so it hangs away from the wall. Maker marked "T-51". Overall an excellent piece.
CORRECTION: The neon was installed in a way that simulates a flapping motion to the wings with one blinking on and off.
