The 722 was manufactured from 1948-1962 and was only chambered for this cartridge. Standard features include: full round barrel, ramp front sight, rear sight collar empty and replaced with front scope block, blued finish, plain walnut pistol grip Monte Carlo stock with black forend tip. Checkered metal butt plate with sling swivels. This rifle sports a top of the line Unertl 10x target scope with Unertl aluminum adjustable mounts. Metal retains 95% plus original factory finish with thinning on floor plate and trigger guard only. This is an excellent and scarce, high quality varmint rifle.
