This lot consists of an 18K yellow gold, diamond and ruby ring, size 7. The ring has a total dwt of 5.7. Present in the ring are approximately 31 diamonds on each side, a total of approximately 62 diamonds. These diamonds range from 0.02 points to 0.05 points. Approximately eight rubies are present on either side of the ring, thus an approximate total of 16 rubies. The rubies are channel set and rectangular cut, except four, that are cut slightly different to keep the channel setting consistent. Each of these rubies are approximately 0.02 points. Stamped on the interior of the band is the following: "Piaget 750 AO4181 53." Overall the piece is in good condition with normal wear present.
