This lot consists of a beautiful autumn scene of oil on canvas. Depicted in this painting are the leaves changing colors on the trees so that they are lovely shades of yellows and oranges with some trees still bearing their green leaves. These trees line a curving river and a sidewalk that follows this river. The painting is signed on the bottom left corner, "Frank Scott Clark," as well as on the verso. On the verso, is the following: "Frank Scott Clark 1914, Autumn Oneida County N. Y." The painting is encased within a large wooden colored frame that has damage present along with some broken off areas of the frame. Overall the piece is in good condition with normal wear and damage to the frame.
