The silver inlaid chevron pattern lends a nice texture to the 1-1/2" heel bands on these large spurs. The silver rowels are 3-3/4" diameter, 8-point stars with spiked rowel pins. The leather straps are highlighted by white buckstitching and sombrero conchos. Circa 1900-20. The consigner reports that it was worn by holyood stunt man redd russel in the clyde beaty circus wild west show mid 1940's - 50's.
