The movement is signed "No 1115314 27-460 PATEK PHILIPPE & CO GENEVE SWISS ADJUSTED TO HEAT, COLD, ISOCHRONOISH AND FIVE (5) POSITIONS THIRTY SEVEN (37) JEWELS". The Geneve seal is present.
