A Rare Monumental Berry Bat Vase designed by Paul Dachsel with carved bats and water lilies in relief on the body of the vase and carved bats and berries in reticulation at the top, watercolor matte glazes and applied gold gilt. Circa 1901. Amphora Oval Mark, RSTK , impressed numbers 66, 8, 43. Examples of the model are illustrated in The House of Amphora, Richard Scott, page 127 and Monsters and Maidens Collectors Edition, Byron Vreeland, pages 359- 361.
