Red painted cast iron pump with marquee that promotes "Free Air & Water", beneath which is stamped "136M". There is a crank on the side that winds the rubber hose inside the column, which is fed through the swiveling pulley at the front. There is a significant amount of paint loss and oxidation throughout, with an area of corrosion near the lower back of the pump. The pump is mounted to a wooden base.
