Murderers Row sweeps the Pittsburgh Pirates in 4 games to win the 1927 World Series. Babe Ruth hit his second home run of this short series in the fifth inning, giving the Yankees a 3 to 1 lead. After the Pirates battled back to 3-3 the game ended with an unusual bottom of the ninth bases loaded wild pitch, giving the Yankees their second World Series Championship. Stub is in excellent to near mint condition, with no creases. It is neatly torn and has nice color.
