American. Nice lithographed engine on front of tractor. Original scoops, plastic driver, and two extra farm implements, which appear to be a hay cutter and and rake. Includes original box with all cardboard inserts. Box turns into a tractor sales and service farm machinery station. This toy is old store stock from Marx's warehouse and unused.
