TWO TIFFANY PASTEL FAVRILE PIECES. TIFFANY 1) Tiffany pastel center bowl has pastel yellow rolled rim and opalescent feathered design on the interior. It rests on an applied, clear glass foot with white opalescent ribbons adorning the foot. Signed in the polished pontil "L.C. Tiffany Favrile 1839". 2) Tiffany compote has pastel green interior to the bowl with white opalescent exterior and round windows surrounding the side of the bowl. It rests on an applied transparent green stem and foot. Signed on the underside "L.C. Tiffany - Favrile 1582". SIZE: 1) 12" dia. 2) 4-1/4" dia. PROVENANCE: From an Unreserved North Carolina estate. CONDITION: 1) Very good to excellent. 2) Very good to excellent. Some stretch or tool marks to the interior of the bowl from the making. 52746-15 DAB (1,200-1,800)
