The helmet has a sticker on the side that reads "1963 NFL Champions/December 29, 1963/Bears 14 - Giants 10". It is a limited edition numbered "39/163". Some of the highlighted signatures are from Hall of Famer Mike Ditka, defensive specialist Richie Petitbon and many other signatures; all done in bold silver marker. This helmet is a Riddell suspension helmet. Includes an acrylic case with mirrored bottom and LOA card from Mounted Memories.
