"The 3 Stooges" was one of the most popular post-war non-sport card sets. The box was meticulously glued back together and is marked "1959, Norman Mourer Production, Inc." It depicts the three stooges; Moe, Larry and Curly, on the front. Nice and crisp, it is marked "1959" in marker on the bottom and "Frank H. Fleer Corp. Philadelphia". There is a complete set from nos. 1 - 96, including the four best cards: Curly, Larry, Moe, and the checklist. The Curly, Larry and Moe cards are nicely centered. Someone has written the number "1" in pen on the bottom right corner of the Curly card and number "3" on the bottom right corner of the Larry card. The cards are crisp and clean, unused but have some glue remnants on the backs from being in The Fleer Double Bubble Archive books. There are also 42 duplicate cards, including a second No. 2 Moe card. These have glue remnants on the front. Included is a description sheet which reads "The Three Stooges Fleer, 1959. Each pack contains six cards and one slab of gum. Card series No. 1 - 96."

Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
