Marine Corps P1904 enlisted special full dress coat with P1904 hat. This uniform was not general issue but was prescribed for special events and duty postings in addition to the iconic "dress blues" uniform that we so commonly associate with Marines. Uniform is a size 36 lined on the inside in polished cotton. ID'd in the sleeve to: "M. STACK". Remnants of a 1906 dated USMC Quartermaster tag remain in collar. Hat is the 1904 undress enlisted pattern in dark blue wool with tarred leather bill and chinstrap, and correct USMC brass high dome buttons. EGA device is nice variation, and was "trenched" or hand stippled by it's former owner. CONDITION: Uniform is excellent overall, and hat shows one small moth nip on the right side.
