A US Army frame was used and all government marks were polished off. An early .22 slide was installed with adjustable rear sight and a .22 magazine installed (not marked Ace). It is fitted with World War II style plastic grips. CONDITION: Rear sight screw is missing. All remaining markings are sharp. Rifling is thin. There is basically no finish on this gun and would be a good candidate for reblue.
