German. Working. All original including brim of hat. Fireman has minimal wear and ladder has some scratching where fireman climbs up and down. Includes scarce original box marked "DRGM" and "Made in Germany". Box has a nice paper label of fireman climbing up ladder to save people from a burning building. Extremely difficult-to-find toy when complete and with box.
