Remington rolling block action with 30" half octagon to round heavy weight barrel, chambered in .40-65 caliber. Modern spirit level front, "buckhorn" rear, and windage adjustable long-range vernier tang sights. Custom stocked with highly figured walnut stock and forearm with hand cut checkering. Forearm has Remington style case hardened tip. Black composite checkered shotgun style buttplate. CONDITION: Excellent as refinished with 95-98% reapplied blue and case colors remaining. Wood excellent showing little to no wear. Bore is good, showing moderate abrasion. -MKS-
