Circa 1939. Popeye soap figure in toy boat with shredded paper made to appear like spinach. The box is the only one we have ever seen. The box is bright with a small piece missing from one side. Appears to be old store stock and is extremely rare.

Condition: Set (Near Mint) Box (Excellent).
