Lot consists of: (A) Walnut stocked percussion halfstock with unmarked percussion lock with double set triggers. Brass furniture with pewter nosecap. Octagon rifled barrel with rifle sights. Hardwood ramrod. CONDITION: Overall good with heavy usage marks. Traces of original stock finish with dings and scratches. Wood burned out around lock from firing. Barrel plum colored with light pitting. Shootable bore with good mechanics. (B) Walnut fullstock percussion long rifle with unmarked percussion lock with double set triggers. Brass furniture including a 4-piece engraved patchbox. Unusual pewter nosecap and iron toeplate. Crude brass star-like inlay on cheek with brass plate with hole on toe area for a pick. CONDITION: Overall poor with cracked wood and pitted metal parts. Poor mechanics and bore with minor stock repairs. From the Carl Balderson Jr. Estate Collection. DLM
