This model was called the Saranac, named after the river that abounded the factory in Plattsburgh. It was advertised with a rosewood or oak finish. Never saying it was made of paper mache. It was produced without advertising to increase sales and reach customers who wanted a nice decorative clock in their home. This clock is in pristine condition with excellent patina. Pictured on page 147 of "Baird Advertising Clocks" by Jerry Maltz.
Condition: (Near Mint).
Item Dimensions: 30 - 1/2" x 18 - 1/2" & 12" paper dial.
