19th Century Louis XVI style mantel clock by Simon Festeau of Paris with horizontal rotating face. One of ten known examples. The face is framed by gilt goddesses on a base supported by four capitals with beaded drapery, with lion's paw feet on a wooden base. Encased in a glass dome. The top cut glass dome and finial are replacements; marble cracked; missing elements. Dome not original. Morphy Auctions does not guarantee clocks to be in working order.
