Lot consists of (A & B & C) Handy Gun manufactured by Harrington & Richardson. Left side of receiver is marked "H.&R. HANDY GUN"., with the right side bearing H&R's manufacturer information. Top of barrel is stamped "MADE IN U.S.A. 410 GA. CHOKE". Features include a blued barrel, case colored frame, wood forend, and checkered wood grip. Matching numbers are present on the receiver, barrel, and forend. CONDITION: (A) Frame retains very strong case colors overall with some spots of wear, some fading to the case coloring, and some scattered handling marks. Barrel retains the vast majority of its blued finish, exhibiting a few light spots of oxidation. Mirror bore. Wood furniture shows some light handling marks and some minor losses to the varnish. (B) Frame retains show extremely fine case coloring, exhibiting oxidation all around and some scattered handling marks. Barrel retains most of its blue finish, showing some wear as well as scattered handling marks all around. Wood furniture shows scattered handling marks, with the pistol grip bearing a repair on the bottom and showing checkering smoothing and some impressions to the checkering. (C) Frame retains fine case coloring, showing some fading, wear, light oxidation, and scattered handling marks overall. Barrel retains the majority of its original blue finish, exhibiting some minor wear and light oxidation. Wood furniture shows some scattered handling marks but is otherwise sturdy and serviceable. Unmarked leather holster shows some light wear but is otherwise fine. It is an unusual and rare opportunity to find these guns with the appropriate vintage boxes.
