1880, SWISS: Swiss made cylinder music box playing 12 ayers (tunes) on a 33cm (13") cylinder. Walnut cabinet without inlay, no tune card, and lock lid. Great tonal quality. CONSIDERATIONS: The walnut case shows moderate wear, with light surface scratches, some scuffs, and a complete comb with no repair. A nice example of when the swiss music box makers focused on the sound, and not fancy cabinets.
Condition: (Very Good).
