Manufactured in 1950 as an affordable but well built semi automatic pistol chambered in .22 LR. Reapplied blued finish with tapered 4 - 3/4" round barrel, blade front sight, and square notch rear sight. Checkered black hard rubber grips with the left emblazoned with the famous red eagle logo, which was shortly thereafter changed to black after the death of cofounder Alexander Sturm in 1951. Housed in the appropriate red 2-piece box with factory paperwork. CONDITION: Very good as restored. Virtually all of the reapplied blued finish is intact with a few minor marks. Grips have some light wear and scattered marks, with marring around screws. Fine bright bore displaying strong rifling. Fine mechanics. Box is very good having bright colors and edge wear. BAS
